TRUSTING - DAY 18 - SATURDAY - A GREAT DAY

What a GREAT way to start a day!

After Adolfo and Gary left for the Men's Breakfast, Grammy and Cinco had some cuddle time. Mama had come home for the weekend and had invited us to come over for breakfast "Mama Style"! It is always a treat, to go over to Mama's on a Saturday morning, trekking across the street in our pajamas! NOW THAT'S the life:) As much as I wanted to go "trekking" I decided it would be best for me to stay and take my time to eat the Oat Bran Cereal, Shanda made for me.

When everyone returned to the house, it was all hands on deck. The vacuuming, dusting and laundry began.

While they cleaned, Papa and Grammy played with Cinco. Thank you Deatra, Shanda and Adolfo for providing us with priceless moments!

In the afternoon, we gathered around to
"face-time" with Matt and Lisa. Matt is
healing well and improving daily.
Thank you all for your prayers on his behalf. One thing I know, this journey would be so much more difficult if it were not for the wonderful support of my family. I'm so grateful for the Godly parents I have, Mom and Dad, and Mama,
My precious siblings, Deatra, Rick and Fara,
The most wonderful children in the world.
Cindy, Jason, Meg and Neely
Shanda, Adolfo, and Cinco
Matt and Lisa
I LOVE YOU!

I can't end this post, without saying a huge thank you to everyone that continues to bless us with meals, cards, text, e-mails, flower deliveries and meaningful gifts that bring so much encouragement. Your love, care and support keeps our love tank full and overflowing!

Debbie,
I know we don't talk much but I want to tell you what an amazing influence you and Gary have had on my life. Your love for God and your family and God's people left an indelible mark on my heart. I thank God often for allowing me to have you both a part of my life. I talk about you both often when I teach. Your lives are a wonderful story of God's love and grace. I am praying for you both and really hope our paths will cross again. Thank you for loving Jesus the way you do!!!
